This is a premium quality 7 piece chisel set from MHG Messerschmidt in Germany.

These set comprises bevel edged Carpenter's chisels, fitted with durable natural European hornbeam Power Grip handles in sizes 26 mm, 30 mm and 40 mm and Firmer chisels in sizes 10 mm, 16 mm and 20 mm with a sharpening stone and wooden presentation box.

Powergrip handles are large and robust, ideal for those big jobs demanding extra width and stoutness, without giving up precision and blade quality.

The handles are equipped with vibration deadening leather shock washers and have reinforced with steel hoops top and bottom.

The firmer chisels handle is made of natural hornbeam. It is slightly flattened so that even the narrower chisels will not roll away or off a bench.
