The Stepped Rabbet Plane is a narrow and short plane, the blade reaches the front edge of the plane body and bed angle is 45 degrees. The Plane is useful mainly for the finishing rabbets on doors or window frames and corners, where the Rabbet Plane does not reach. The body is made of high quality beech, both dried down to 10 % moisture.
