This is a precise small ebony spokeshave with hand forged carbon steel blade.
The body is 185mm long with a 38mm cutting edge blade and a very tight mouth. Although the 10mm of sole ahead of the blade is flat, the underside of the blade forms an angle with it so is easy to master, but you can also get inside some fairly tight curves.
